5K9 run/walk registration now open

The seventh annual Hiawatha Animal Humane Society 5K9 Fun Run/ Walk event will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 13 along the Lake City River Walk.
You can register now in person at Anytime Fitness, and you will also be able to do so on-line soon.
The entrance fee for people and their four legged friend is $35.
All proceeds help support the continuing work of the local volunteer foster-based humane society.
