Ause to speak Nov. 30 on impacts of climate change

The Lake City Public Library invites the public to a slide show and discussion on observations and changes in nature and impacts of climate change led by Bruce Ause, an interpretive naturalist at Frontenac State Park.  This event will take place on Thursday,  Nov. 30, at 6:30 p.m. at the library.
The discussion will focus on the Hiawatha Valley area, particularly Lake City, Wabasha, and Red Wing areas. It will feature numerous photos of the area depicting changes as the seasons progress. It will also include observations on bird migrations and wild flowers.
