From huge climate-controlled environments down to tiny grains, seemingly everything that goes in and comes out of the Scotch Prairie Farms dairy operation is analyzed and tailored for optimal operation.
The rural Lake City farm hosted the annual Wabasha County Family Night of the Farm on June 16, attracting hundreds for tours of the farm - including its 60-stall rotary milking parlor, free food, children’s activities, and more.
