Kiwanis Club builds birdhouses with children

What happens when you mix kids, two dads and Kiwanis members? Fun building blue bird and wren houses as well as making lasting impressions.

Recently a student who had built bird houses at this project in the past told us he got so enthused he built fifty bird houses for his confirmation project and gifted them to others.

He said this event also got him interested in the environmental field and prompted him to get a degree in Environmental Engineering which is the field where he just got his first job.
