PTSD-focused non-profit to participate in fishing opener

Veterans Empowered Inc. is providing 350 books to be given away free to disabled veterans and family members attending the 2024 Governor’s Fishing Opener in Lake City, especially to those suffering from the devastating effects of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), the non-profit said in a news release.
