Property valuation notices are in the process of being mailed to Wabasha County property owners. Generally, property owners may see additional increases in value depending on the type of property they own.

While many residential areas showed a very strong real estate market and value growth again in the real estate market the largest changes occurred with the agricultural and vacant wooded land sales.
