County reports CodeRED breach

Wabasha County Emergency Management was informed in late November 2025 about a potential security breach affecting our emergency notification system, OnSolve CodeRED.
At that time, OnSolve CodeRED was not able to confirm if any data had been accessed. Now they have provided us with the following information that their forensic investigators have found:
