New judge joins Wabasha District Court

Christopher A. Neisen became the newest judge for the Third Judicial District Friday, taking the Oath of Office in Wabasha County Courtroom No. 2 before several district and state supreme and appellate court justices, family, friends and associates.

Neisen, of New Prague, succeeds Judge Terrance Walters on the bench for the Wabasha County Third District seat. An attorney in New Prague, Neisen was introduced by his law partner, Pat Goggins, and accompanied to the ceremony by his wife, Angie, and daughters, Stephanie and Kenzie.
