Wabasha County opts into buffer law enforcement

Wabasha County will accept responsibility for enforcing the state’s agricultural buffer law.

The Wabasha County Board of Commissioners met in a late afternoon session on June 13 to accommodate the Board of Review, which was scheduled for 5:30 p.m. that day.

Commissioner Don Springer was absent.  County Administrator Michael Plante and County Attorney Karrie Kelly were present.  The meeting was relatively brief, with most of the items of a routine nature.
