Letter: Why didn't Red Wing switch to two lanes?

To the editor:

In response to Ron Schimbeno’s letter in the Sept. 7, 2017 issue of the Graphic.

I can’t help but wonder if two lanes are the way to go why didn’t they go to two lanes but instead stayed with four lanes.
