Boys track and field shines at HVL meet

The Lake City Boys Track and Field team delivered a thrilling performance at the Hiawatha Valley League (HVL) Championship Meet on Saturday in Byron, competing against some of the conference’s top-tier talent under sunny skies and ideal conditions.

The Tigers kicked off the meet with a show-stopping victory in the 4x800-meter relay, clocking a remarkable time of 8:15.60. The team of Conrad Seydel, Warren Stolz, Eric Anderson, and Weston Roberson displayed grit and precision in what set the tone for a memorable day.
