High school bowling is back for fall season

Lake City Tiger Bowling started out the season on Saturday Sept. 11 with a home match at Port 104.

The varsity team went 1 and 1. The Tigers took on Winona in the first match winning 4 games to 1. They were led by Dru Kohrs and Resa Laqua who were both 100 in fill percentage.

The Tigers moved on to take on Wabasha where they lost 3 games to 2.

Senior captain Gage Knutson said: “Everyone did well picking up their spares today. We need to work on our stamina to keep things going through the day.”
