Seven Tigers qualify for state track and field meet
Seven Lake City High School athletes are headed for the Class A state track meet after qualifying during the Section 1A meet on June 8 and 10.
For the girls, Ashley Veronen qualified in three events and will make her third appearance at the state meet: high jump, 100 hurdles, and 300 hurdles. She was section champion in the high jump and placed second in both hurdles races.
Six members of the boys team qualified for the state meet.
