Actors will perform Mark Twain’s ‘Life on the Mississippi’ Feb. 17 at library

The Lake City Public Library (LCPL) is excited to invite the public to “Mark Twain: Outloud” on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at 6 p.m. at the Lake City Public Library.

The Mississippi River is the main character in this live performance of Twain’s book, “Life On The Mississippi.”

Renowned performing artists Jim Stowell and Jessica Zuehlke, famous for writing the national smash hit musical comedy “Church Basement Ladies,” bring life to steamboat era characters and Twain’s Mississippi.
