Historical society launches ‘If these walls could talk’ project to chronicle homes in Lake City

The Lake City Historical Society sometimes describes its purpose as that of Story Collector—using interviews and research to uncover the stories that define Lake City. Many of those stories are embedded in the homes of Lake City and the people who lived in them. Fascinating information can be found in old photos, documents and even in physical objects hidden in the walls of the building.
