Tammy Fiedler is first to receive county Excellence in Leadership Award
Wabasha County has presented its inaugural Wabasha County Excellence in Leadership Award to Tammy Fiedler, the County’s Public Health Director, “recognizing her outstanding leadership, compassion, and commitment to county employees and the communities she serves,” the county said in a news release.
The award was presented during the October 20 County Board meeting. It recognizes supervisors who lead by example, support and develop employees, foster teamwork, and demonstrate a strong commitment to public service, the county said.
