Out of Control? - Council to discuss problem intersections

At the Oct. 14 Lake City City Council meeting, Councilmember Jason DeVinny brought up an issue he first raised before joining the city council: the city’s uncontrolled intersections.

He said the intersection at Oak Street and Chestnut Street that particularly concerned him had seen three more accidents since then.

“When I saw the accident on – I believe it was Oct. 3 – I said enough is enough,” he said.
