Pfeilsticker receives state DWI All-Star award
A Lake City Police officer has again received state recognition for his efforts to arrest people driving under the influence.
On April 20, Scott McConkey came to the Lake City Police Department to present Pfeilsticker with a DWI All-Star award from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s Office of Traffic Safety.
McConkey, a former law enforcement officer himself, said: “Recognition is few and far between in law enforcement. And a lot of times it’s small tokens like this, but it’s a small token that represents something very big.”
