Restaurant owner pleads guilty to criminal sexual conduct involving employee

Lake City Family Restaurant owner Enver “Andy” Iseini pleaded guilty to one count of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, a felony, on Aug. 7 in Wabasha County District Court.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 21. State sentencing guidelines call for a suspended prison sentence with probation for up to 15 years.
