Two local golfers go 1-2 in Minny Tour event
Lauryn Stolzenberg and Jordyn Dicke competed in a Minnesota PGA Minny Tour event held at Little Willow Golf Course in Rochester on July 8.
Lauryn edged Jordyn by two strokes 54-56 placing first and second in the age 10-12 division.
“Both girls had fun and enjoyed competing in the event. It’s really beneficial for the young girls to be able to get some experience playing competitive golf. Most of the players on our high school team started playing on this tour when they were younger also,” commented Coach Steve Randgaard.
