Walking Lake Pepin announces new season, honors Frank Lupton

The 14th annual “Walking Lake Pepin” (WLP) Lake City community summer walking/fitness challenge is scheduled to happen this summer. The 10 week event will begin on Sunday, June 6, and continue through Saturday, Aug. 14.

The summer walking event will be dedicated to Frank Lupton, a founding member of WLP, who we lost to ALS in March. Frank was one of the original organizers of the WLP challenge since it started in 2008.
