Snapshot of Lake City is history in the making

The Lake City Photography Club is celebrating the city’s 150th by producing a portrait of the city’s business community for everyone to see beginning Saturday.

“The purpose was to display a snapshot of Lake City today,” said Linda Dickey, a photography club member who co-coordinated the exhibit with Anne Olson. “The focus was area businesses. We went out to businesses with the intent of getting shots of what goes on in a business on a daily basis.”

Ten club members submitted work in volumes that far exceeded the initial goal.
