Tips for assessing roaming cats

As we ever so slowly transition from winter into spring, it appears that our fluffy feline friends are quite often taking to the streets once again. Many of these belong to owners who believe that they should have free range.

Unfortunately, when allowed that option, they tend to cause confusion and concern to neighbors and also become unwelcome danger to smaller wildlife. Quite often the wandering cats also become prey themselves to predators larger than themselves.
