One injured in Hwy. 63 collision at Cross Street

One person was injured when two vehicles collided on Highway 63 (Lyon Avenue) at its intersection with Cross Street in Lake City on June 7.
According to the State Patrol, at about 8:35 p.m., a Dodge Durango driven by a 49-year-old Lake City man was stopped in the southbound lane of Highway 63 waiting to turn onto Cross Street when it was struck by a southbound Mitsubishi Outlander driven by a 45-year-old Byron man.
