Members Present: Mayor Mark Nichols, Amy Alkire, Megan Kramer, Faye Brown, Cindy McGrath, Katie Novak, Russell Boe
Members Absent:    None
Staff Present: City Administrator Robert Keehn, Finance Director Jerome Illg, Megan Smith Planning & Community Director, Ambulance Director Sara Rybarczyk, Police Chief Cory Kubista, Public Works Director Scott Jensen
Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Motion McGrath, second Novak to adopt the agenda as presented. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Review materials for 2023-2032 Capital Plan
Motion McGrath, second Alkire to adjourn at 5:48 p.m.  All ayes 7-0-0.  Motion carried.
