Workshop MEETING
JULY 11, 2022

Members Present: Mayor Mark Nichols, Amy Alkire, Megan Kramer, Cindy McGrath, Katie Novak, Russell Boe, Faye Brown
Members Absent: None
Staff Present: City Administrator Robert Keehn, City Clerk Kari Schreck, Finance Director Jerome Illg, Library Director Brigette Rol, Police Chief Cory Kubista, Ambulance Director Sarah Rybarczyk, Public Works Director Scott Jensen, Planning Community Development Director Megan Smith
Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Motion Brown, second Alkire to adopt the agenda as presented. All ayes 7-0-0.  Motion carried.
2022 Budget Materials
Finance Director Illg discussed with council the process that went into the 2023 proposed budget.
Motion Kramer, second Boe to adjourn at 5:57 p.m. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
