Bartsh, Powers, and Stinson win contested Wabasha County races

Wabasha County saw an incumbent county attorney and county commissioner defeated in the Nov. 8 general election. And its sheriff won re-election in a close race.

In the race for Wabasha County Attorney, Matthew Stinson earned 4,741 votes, enough to unseat incumbent County Attorney Karrie Kelly, who received 4,602 votes.
