Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. with a quorum present.

Motion McGrath, second Quinn that the City of Lake City Council, acting as canvassing board for the City of Lake City does hereby adopt Resolution 22-058 accepting election results from the November 8, 2022 general election. All ayes 6-0-0.
Approve Fire Relief pension benefit level increase and bylaws change

Adopt Resolution 22-056 Confirming board and commission appointment Isabelle Quinn, Environmental Commission
Motion McGrath, second Alkire to adopt Resolution 22-056 confirming Environmental Commission appointment Isabelle Quinn for 2022 (F1) student member, 1 year term. All ayes 5-0-1 (Quinn abstained).
Approve sale of Fire Department 1985 pumper truck
Motion Nichols, second Boe to Approve sale of Fire Department 1985 pumper truck per city disposal policy with a minimum bid amount to be determined by city staff. All ayes 6-0-0.
