Wabasha County Planning Commission - Feb. 27, 2023 Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
WABASHA COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
The Wabasha County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on February 27th, 2023, for the purpose of hearing any testimony regarding the following requests:
1) A public hearing for the Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Tammy and Derrek Olson on behalf of Derrek Olson LLC for a new feedlot with greater than 500 animal units. The subject property is described as parcel R12.00345.00 located in Section 36, Township 109 North, Range 12 West, Town of Oakwood on approximately 120.00 acres.
2) A public hearing for a proposed zoning amendment to modify Chapter 13.09 (6) (a) which is specific in regards to the design criteria of retaining walls in the shore impact zone (SIZ).  
The public hearing will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota.  Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department. Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
