Fun and games for the Woman’s Club of Lake City
Sparked by a spirit of adventure mixed with nostalgia the Woman’s Club of Lake City (WCLC) headed to Lark Toys in Kellogg to ride the carousel, play mini golf and enjoy the extensive collection of toys, games and books.
Many of us were bemused to find our favorite childhood toys and pastimes now labeled as “collectibles” with the associated regrets of not keeping them. We also enjoyed taking our places on the elaborately designed carousel animals and cheerfully waving at the giggling younger observers as we circled.
