Wabasha County Planning - September 25 meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
WABASHA COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
The Wabasha County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on September 25th, 2023, for the purpose of hearing any testimony regarding the following requests:
1) Public hearing for the Final Plat application submitted by Troy Baker to plat Registered Land Survey No. 31 Tracts A,B,C, and D. The subject property is described as Outlot A of Rolling Oaks Subdivision No.3 which is located in Section 13, Township 110 North, Range 10 West, Town of Greenfield on approximately 9.95 acres.
2) Public hearing on the conditional use permit application submitted by Scott Ohm requesting to place a driveway within a bluff impact zone (BIZ). The subject property is described as R07.00143.00 located in Section 16, Township 109 North, Range 13 West of Hyde Park Township.
The public hearing will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota.  Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department.  Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
