City of Lake City Planning Commission - Strauss/Coyle Conditional Use

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota.  The Commission will consider a conditional permit request submitted by the Strauss-Coyle Partnership, for property located at 1509 South Oak Street, Lake City, Minnesota 55041 and legally described as: LOT 3, BLOCK 1 OF THE STRAUSS AND COYLE ADDITION, LAKE CITY, WABASHA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
The applicants are proposing to construct a 16 foot by 24 foot residential garage on property that is zoned Open Space/Parks (OSP).
Persons desiring to speak on this agenda item may address the Commission during the public hearing.  Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
