NOTICE OF BANK MERGER APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Forward Bank, 1001 North Central Avenue, Marshfield, Wisconsin 54449 has filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for approval of the merger of Lake City Federal Bank, 201 E. Marion St., Lake City, Minnesota 55041, into Forward Bank.  Forward Bank will be the surviving bank in the merger.  It is anticipated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office located at 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60606, not later than February 12, 2024.  The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.  Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
