Members Present: Mayor Mark Nichols, Amy Alkire, Russell Boe, Brian Quinn, Megan Kramer, Cindy McGrath, Faye Brown
Members Absent: None
Staff Present: Finance Director Jerome Illg, City Clerk Kari Schreck, Planning Community Development Director Megan Smith, Public Works Director Scott Jensen, City Attorney Joe Sathe
Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review adopt/ amend agenda
City staff pulled items:
New business item 5 a Approve task order 13 with Bolton & Menk for a Lake City urban flooding stormwater management plan.
New business item 5 b Accept MPCA Small Communities planning grant for $70,685.00 from the agenda
Motion Brown, second Kramer to adopt the agenda as presented. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.

Motion Brown, second Quinn to approve hire of Derrick Hoffman for Street Maintenance Worker. All ayes 7-0-0 Motion carried.
Waive second reading & adopt Ordinance 637 naming public road Quartz Drive
Motion McGrath, second Boe to waive second reading and adopt Ordinance 637, naming Quartz Drive, the new public road constructed off North 10th Street. All ayes 7-0-0 Motion carried.
Waive second reading & adopt Ordinance 638 re-zoning 2101 S Highway 61
Motion Kramer, second Alkire to waive second reading and adopt Ordinance 638, re-zoning 2101 S Highway 61, from Light Industrial to Highway Commercial. All ayes 7-0-0 Motion carried.
Approve Pavement Management Plan Task Order 7 - Amendment 1
Motion McGrath, second Brown to approve Pavement Management Plan, Task Order 7, Amendment 1 for $22,650. All ayes 7-0-0 Motion carried.
Adopt Pavement Management plan as presented at the 4-8-24 Council Workshop
Motion Brown, second Boe to adopt the pavement management plan as presented. All ayes 7-0-0 Motion carried.
