CITY HALL CHAMBERS
Members Present: Mayor Mark Nichols, Amy Alkire, Russell Boe, Brian Quinn, Megan Kramer, Cindy McGrath
Members Absent: Faye Brown
Staff Present: Finance Director Jerome Illg, City Clerk Kari Schreck, Public Works Director Scott Jensen, Assistant Public Works Director Travis Dunn, Street-Park Superintendent Bruce Wallerich, Planning Community Development Director Megan Smith
Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review adopt/ amend agenda
Motion McGrath, second Alkire to adopt the agenda as presented.  All ayes 7-0-0. All ayes Motion carried
Pavement Management Plan Presentation
City Engineer Matt Mohs, of Bolton & Menk, Inc. and city staff have been developing the Pavement Management Plan over the last several months
Motion McGrath, second Kramer to adjourn the meeting at 5:50 p.m. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
