Rarely, but once in a while, the Old Curmudgeon comes across a television show that is genuinely funny. “Little Big Shots” is one of those. It airs on NBC on Sunday evenings at 7 p.m. Steve Harvey is the humorous host of this hour-long laugh track that relies on the talent and innocence of young performers. (The O. C. still misses shows like “Red Skelton” and “Hee-Haw!”).
