Dison tennis courts dedication is July 10 at Lincoln High School

A dedication ceremony will take place Wednesday, July 10, at 11 a.m. at the Lincoln High School tennis courts to rename the courts the “Henry Dison Courts” after longtime teacher and tennis coach Henry Dison.

According to materials accompanying his 2012 induction into the Lake City High School Hall of Fame, Dison, “a long-time math teacher and coach for the Tigers, started the Lake City tennis programs back in 1980.”

Dison continued coaching tennis for several years following his Hall of Fame induction.
