School board election filing is July 30 through Aug. 13

The filing period for the election of four members of the seven-member school board at Lake City Public Schools runs July 30 through Aug. 13.
School board members serve four-year terms and oversee school district operations, which include Bluff View Elementary School, Lincoln High School, and Lake City Community Education.
Members with terms expiring in January are Dawn Balow, Heath Oeltjen, Michelle Larson, and Kevin Pavelka.
