Wabasha County Board of Adjustment - Oct. 8 Hearing
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
WABASHA COUNTY
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Wabasha County Board of Adjustment will conduct public hearings starting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 for the purpose of hearing evidence regarding the following requests:
1) Continued Public hearing on the application submitted by Arthur Rabehl requesting a variance from Chapter 11.02 (1) & (2) of the Wabasha County Zoning Ordinance to allow for the construction of a new structure within the bluff impact zone (BIZ). The subject property is described as Wabasha County parcel R16.00231.03 located in Section 29, Township 110 North, Range 12 West of West Albany Township (30032 Highway 60, Millville).
2) Public hearing on the application submitted by Richard Hall requesting a variances from Chapters 7.06 (1) and 7.06 (2) of the Wabasha County Zoning Ordinance. The subject property is identified as Wabasha County Parcel R05.00094.03 located in Section 13, Township 110 North, Range 10 West, of Greenfield Township. (14241 N County Road 24 in Wabasha).
3) Public hearing on the application submitted by Tom Boisen requesting a variance from Chapter 4.05 (1) of the Wabasha County Zoning Ordinance to place a dwelling on Wabasha County parcel R09.00516.03. The subject property is Wabasha County Parcel R09.00516.03 located in Section 29, Township 109 North, Range 14 West, in Mazeppa Township.
The public hearings will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota. Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department. Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
The applications are on file in the Wabasha County Zoning Department and may be reviewed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
