NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Michael Onstad, for a Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for property located South of 2045 South Oak Street, North of the Lake City Sportsman’s Club, Lake City, Minnesota 55041, and legally described as: That part of Government Lot 1, Section 10, Township 111 North, Range 12 West, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
The applicant has submitted a general concept plan for a 12-unit multi-family building as a Planned Unit Development.
Persons desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
