Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review adopt/ amend agenda
Motion Brown second Alkire to adopt the agenda. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.

New Business:
Approve compensation for City Administrator Keehn filling Planning Director role
Motion Nichols, second Brown to approve an additional salary amount of $1500.00 per bi-weekly payroll to Administrator Keehn for his additional Planning Director responsibilities during vacancy effective July 21, 2024 and to continue for one full pay period after the start date of the new hire. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Unfinished Business:
Conduct public hearing on Block 15 alley drainage and utility improvements and adopt Resolution 24-020
Motion Boe, second McGrath to open public hearing on Block 15 alley drainage and utility improvements. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.

Motion McGrath, second Kramer to close public hearing. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Motion McGrath, second Alkire to adopt Resolution 24-020 ratifying the ordering of improvements. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Approve Block 15 Storm Water infrastructure improvements with Glander Excavating
Motion McGrath, second Brown to approve the Block 15 storm water infrastructure improvement project with Glander Excavating for $94,138. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
Waive the second reading and adopt Ordinance 639 updating the City’s Short Term Rental Regulations
Motion McGrath, second Boe to waive the second reading and adopt Ordinance 639 updating the City’s Short Term Rental Regulations. All ayes 7-0-0. Motion carried.
