SUMMARY OF SCHOOL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

The School Board of ISD #813 met in regular session on October 21, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Lincoln Media Center. Complete minutes are on file in the Superintendent’s Office, 300 S. 1. Adopt agenda (mcu).
2. Approved consent agenda (mcu).
3. All School Play Performances - 11/7-11/10.
4. Veteran’s Day Program - 11/11 at 12:45pm.
5. Canvassing Special Meeting - November 14 at 7:00 a.m.
6. November 18, 2024 - next regular Board meeting at 7:00 p.m.
7. Ben Johnson gave the CLA Auditor’s presentation.
8. Principal Berge gave the High School report.  
9. Meribeth Kozlowski gave the Junior High Core Teacher’s Presentation.
10. Principal Aeschilmann gave the Bluff View report.
11. Dir. Kvasnicka gave the Comm Ed report.
12. Approved Board Work Session November 4 at 7:00 p.m. (mcu).
13. Approved 2023-2024 Financial Audit (mcu).
14. First reading of policies 102, 418, 608, 624.
15. Approved Solar Connections Purchase Agreement (mcu).
16. First reading of 2024-2025 Teachers Seniority List Draft.
17. Approved Minnesota State High School League Foundation - Form A (mcu).
18. Approved Health Insurance Renewal Plans 1 through 3 including Healthiest You Program (mcu).
19. Approved the listed donations (mcu).
20. Approved the Winter Coaching Assignments (mc with 6-0 vote, 1 abstaining).
21. Approved the 2024-25 Lake City Event Worker Schedule (mcu).
22. Approved the resignation of Janessa Henderson - Elementary Paraprofessional (mcu).
23. Supt. Wright gave her report.
24. Board members gave reports on recent committee meetings.
25. A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:53 p.m. (mcu).
