Goodhue scores final nine points, sweeps season series with Tiger boys
Goodhue defeated Lake City 60-49 last Tuesday as the Wildcats scored the final nine points of the game to sweep the season series between the two teams for the first time since 2011.
The two squads were meeting for the second time in just eight days as the game got off to a competitive start with seven lead changes occurring in the first seven minutes of play. Josh Wohlers had six early points, while Alec McElmury had five points in the early stages as Lake City led 12-9 with 10:42 to play in the first half.
