City of Lake City - Planning Commission - Sign regulations hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, MN, to consider changes to the Lake City Zoning Ordinance related to Sign regulations.  The City is initiating ordinance changes to the Lake City Municipal Code: Chapter 155. These changes will increase some sign areas and clarify lighting allowances for window signs. The entire text of these changes will be available online and at City Hall.
Persons desiring to submit testimony on this matter may address the Commission during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
