Florence Township - Planning Commission - May 12, 2025 - Winters

NOTICE: The Florence Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to accept comments on the variance request submitted by Jennifer and Jeffrey Winters for a proposed residence at 29039 Wood Ave., Frontenac, MN 55026. The variance seeks relief from the front setback requirements specified in the Florence Township Zoning Ordinance (Section 8.6).  The public hearing will be conducted during the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Florence Town Hall, 33915 Highway 61 Blvd., Frontenac, MN, 55026.
