City of Lake City - Board of Adjustment - Holets variance

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Tom & Marcia Holets, for a variance to allow a detached accessory building 7.6’ from side street instead of 15’ required setback on property located at 1401 S. Oak St. and legally described as Sect-09 Twp-111 Range-012 LAKE CITY 1.27 AC LOTS 1, 2 & 3 BLK 8O & LOTS 1, 2, 3, 14, 15 & 16 BLK 82 & VAC MAIN ST ADJ, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
Persons desiring to address the Board are encouraged to do so during the public hearing.
