Woman’s Club recognizes scholarship winners, visits Wild Wings Plaza
The Woman’s Club of Lake City introduced the winners of their $1,500 student scholarships at their annual Scholarship Luncheon on Wednesday, May 21. Co-President Nancy Malcomson congratulated seniors Hailey Lowther and Matalynn Mears on their outstanding achievements as Lincoln High School students and asked them about their post-graduation plans. Hailey will be attending Minnesota State University - Mankato as a nursing student and Matalynn plans to attend Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Ariz. where she will study art and design.
