City of Lake City - Planning Commission - Gage Hansen Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota.  The Commission will consider a request submitted by Gage Hansen on behalf of Hansen Homes LLC, for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to allow for exterior storage of equipment for a landscape trade business on property at 220 N Oak St, Lake City Minnesota 55041, and legally described as:  Lot-010 Block-036 & NW1/4 OF LOT 9 BLK 36 Lake City, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
Persons desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing.   Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
