Jeweler adds sparkle to Woman’s Club meeting
Ryan Dopkins with Johnson Jewelers of Lake City was our featured speaker for the June meeting of the Woman’s Club. Ryan offered a wonderful presentation about this family-owned business that was started by his grandfather in Woodbury in 1976 and continues under the management of Ryan’s mother, Karen Johnson Leonard. Karen has been a master goldsmith for 40 years and leads a team of other goldsmiths and jewelers including designer and engraver Shar Yorde who has been doing beautiful work there for many years.
