City of Lake City - Planning Commision - Fulton/Henkel Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Mark Fulton and Brian and Tracie Henkel, for a planned unit development amendment for Golf Cottages at the Jewel Lot 2 Block 3 to be split in half. The property is located at 505 Cedar Dr., Lake City.
    Persons desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
